Lesson 8 (part1)

As far as the words and works of Jesus are recorded in the four gospels (of which the Apostle John tells us we only have the barest necessities for faith and salvation (John 20:30,31; 21:25)), he did not speak directly on the matter of homosexuality. Some in our day take that silence as a reason to either support the gay lifestyle or treat it as a morally gray area. However, we'll see that Jesus did speak most clearly and forcefully about God's designs for sexual purity in our lives and minds. He also points to the grace of God as the source of full forgiveness for all sexual sins and the catalyst for living a holy life.
