Class Offerings & Tuition

Our program is a combined class for ages 3-5yrs. When the children are being taught new concepts and skills they will be divided by age to receive instruction tailored to their level. Students must be toilet trained by September 1st, 2025.

3 YEARS - Mrs. Cherney

To hold your child's spot please fill out the registration form and pay the non-refundable registration fee*.
*We will take check, cash (exact amount), or credit card (there is a $5 transaction fee and you must come into the office to pay).

May I Arrange a Visit?

Absolutely!  We have many visitors throughout the school year.  Typically we have more in January when the registration for the next school year has begun.  Contact us for a tour.

When Can I Register My Child?
Our registration process begins for our existing parents in January. 
How Can I Register And Pay The Registration Fee For My Child?
The registration and registration fee can be brought in to our Preschool Director.
We will take check, cash (exact amount), or credit card (their will be additional processing fee for this option and you must come into the office to pay).

Is There A Registration Fee?
Yes, the registration fee is $125.00 (non-refundable for all classes)
Before School Care  8:00 - 9:00 am
After School Care  12:00 - 4:00 pm
Before and After School Care is $12.00 per hour or $3.00 per 15 min increment

Payment Options

There are four payment options available. The first three use the FACTS online payment program to collect tuition payments starting in October, but September payments need to be paid directly to Ascension Lutheran Church by the end of the first week of school. *If you would like to use a credit card please talk to the administration office for information.

Option #1 ~ Monthly payments: The monthly tuition will be deducted from your account on the 5th of every month beginning in October and going through May. For this option there is a $50 fee collected by FACTS.

Option #2 ~ Semi-annual payments: This option allows for just two payments. One payment on October 5th for the first four months and one payment on February 5th for the last four months. For this option there is a $15 fee collected by FACTS.

Option #3 ~ One full payment: This option would allow you to pay for the remaining eight months on October 5th. For this option there is a $5 fee collected by FACTS.
You may use a credit card for all FACTS options, but a 2.95% fee will apply.

Option #4 ~ If you would like to bypass the online payment system altogether, you may make one payment for the full amount made payable to Ascension Lutheran Church by the end of the first week of school.

There is no reduction in tuition for any payment option.
