A Time to Plan

A Time to Plan - From beginning to end the Scriptures reveal to us that our God is a planning God: he ordered the universe in creation; after our first parents sinned, he unveiled his eternal plan to save humanity in his Son; he guides the course of world events; and he has a final goal to bring all things together under Christ on the Last Day. God would also have us plan. Planning seeks to make the best use of the resources (of money, talents, and time) God has given us and keeps our sights focused on kingdom goals. However, as we make our best plans we also trust that it is God's plan that will prevail. We trust that his plans for us in Christ are always better than what we may have hoped for ourselves. In this episode we seek God's guidance on how best to order our plans as individuals and as a congregation.
