"The United States Is God's Favored Nation / God Favors One Political Party Over Another"  In an election year the political rhetoric is louder than usual, and among the phrases that get tossed around to sway voters one way or another are things like, "The United States is God's favored nation" or that "God favors one political party or another". We'll spend the next several Sunday morning studies unpacking these statements in the light of God's design for the government and the Church.
