10 Lies About God: Lesson 5

We've all heard people say, "God helps those who help themselves!" There is an element of truth in this statement, but as it stands it is suggesting that God only helps those who help themselves along. Our Sunday morning study will show that this assumption is an overvaluation of human ability and an underappreciation of our reliance on God and his grace.
